The title “Love with no regrets” is my own interpretation, 愛不疚 literally means Love no regrets.

My interpretation of what the song is talking about - WARNING: My thoughts only! With Cantopop songs don’t have to mean anything… LOL. I think this song is describing Fung who loves this girl deeply. He has known her for a long time and loving her all this time without telling her. However, Fung feels that she doesn’t feel the same way. So he should let go of her, because with this kind of love he doesn’t need to possess her. He can love her from a distance and wish that she will be happy.
