Fung & Linda become a couple because of the storyline

The Beijing Olympics start tomorrow, so Olympic stars and rumoured couple Fung & Linda were filming with Bernice and Edwin at Disneyland for a TVB special program. TVB also arranged them to sing and dance with a group of cartoon characters and 80 youths. They chatted without reserve, and Linda’s mum was also present, don’t know if she has a good impression of Fung.

Being a couple for promotion as a defence
About performing together as a couple, Linda explains this is the company’s arrangement. Plus they’re both Olympic stars, so it’s natural that they’ll film together. When asked about them chatting as if noone else was there, she immediately defends and says, “Not true! It’s because we were far away from other people, only a coincidence. You guys think too much.” The night before filming, Linda brought her mum to stay overnight at the Disneyland hotel. So is she bringing mum to meet her boyfriend? She smiles and says no, only bringing mum to relax for a night, plus her mum comes out with her quite often, so many people have met her. What does your mum think of Fung? Linda immediately becomes embarrassed and says her mum didn’t give any comments, and pointed out the reporters were thinking too much. So the audience really accepts Fung & Linda as a couple? She smiles and says that is a good thing because it can help promote “Moonlight Resonance”.

After interviewing Linda, the reporters immediately questioned Fung. Unexpectedly, his first line was, “Why are you guys bothering her ar?” The reporters pointed out that Linda brought her mum to meet him? He said that he had already met her at work before because Linda brings her there quite often, but they don’t really know each other. So is Linda a good girl? He becomes anxious and asks, “Am I very bad? (You guys are a perfect match?) That is only a requirement of the storyline.”

Defending bad rumours about Fala
Also, Fung attended a radio interview. He brought some good soup for the radio show’s host Nancy Sit. Nancy also gave him a gift, she gave him her new book (about cooking chinese soups), so his maid can make him good soups. About the rumours that Fala has been very arrogant on the “Moonlight” set, Fung immediately defends her, saying she is very hard working. They also had a good relationship during filming, so he doesn’t understand why there’re these rumours. He hopes that everyone will not believe them.

Going to be the future TV king
Lam Fung: Don’t make fun of me la!

Even though there is another two, three months until TVB’s anniversary, but there are already rumours that the anniversary series this year will be Liza Wang’s “The Turbulence of East & West” and the 80 episode series “Jewel’s Splendour”. Looking back on this year until now, Lam Fung in “Moonlight Resonance” which started airing this week, played a likeable character, so he has a chance to win TVB’s best actor award this year. Actually he said in 2003 that he hopes to win the TV King title in five years. In recent years TVB had given him many chances to film series, plus in the past he had been in the Top 5 for the TV king award. “Moonlight” was popular among the audiences in its first week, based on many factors he has already given the title of “Future TV king”.

Ever since they worked together in HOG in 2006, Fung & Linda’s romance rumours had been flying for around 2 years. Even though they’ve both denied these rumours numerous times, but they’re often working on shows together as a couple, forcefully taking another rumoured pair Moses & Bernice’s rice bowls (aka jobs / means of living), would there be love sparks flying because of filming?

Earlier there was a night, Linda arrived at Tin Hau first to film a scene about buying umbrellas. She didn’t need to be in the rain and could relax in the air-conditioning. But surprisingly Linda had a very sad face. However, once the scene changes to Causeway Bay, filming a scene in the rain with Fung, she immediately had a big smile on her face. Also, she suddenly rushed to Fung’s side, taking the script in Fung’s hand and chatted to him.

Looks like with a cute guy by her side, Linda is in a better mood!

Raymond Lam & Linda Chung’s Romance becomes Yellow

Being regarded as “Future TV King”, yesterday Raymond Lam rushed back to Hong Kong from mainland [Malaysia] to promote for his new series, but because he was late, Moses Chan and Tavia Yeung played tricks on him. Afterwards he was also asked about his and Linda Chung’s couple outfits, miserably was the target to play tricks on.

Raymond charged back to Hong Kong from Kuala Lumpur, after he landed he immediately went to promote for “Moonlight Resonances”, but because he was 25 minutes late, he was being played on stage by Moses and Tavia, where they were ordering him to do this and that. Turns out that Raymond wore a yellow colored T-shirt with a vest over it. Audiences from the back misunderstood and thought that Raymond was wearing a sports bra. Later when he was introducing his character along with Linda Chung and Bosco Wong, because Linda also had on a yellow top, the two ended up being teased that they were wearing couples outfit. As to being played again and again, Raymond only forced a smile and accepted it. But, at the event the person that stole the most attention was Tavia Yeung who had on a short tube dress, she claimed herself as a ‘Nude girl’: “In the series, I am a ‘girl’, an adopted daughter, so today its especially less.”

Admits that he owes Linda Chung
Asked if Raymond and Linda arranged to wear a yellow shirt, He forced a smile and said: “Of course not lah! Yellow is only match my Fanclub shirt. (Couple Shirts wor?) It doesn’t matter, the series is releasing soon, just use it as promotion.” But Raymond exposed that he owes Linda because for Linda’s new album, he was suppose to be the male lead for her MV, but because of some other reasons it did not happen. As for Linda, she also smiles and said that she should get used to be played: “lately need everyone to like me. (Do you like?) It’s good friends. (Is it because you like the style?) I didn’t say what style I liked, its about timing and fate. (At first sight, did you Raymond have a good impression?) Just friends lor.”

Also, last night Raymond arrived in Malaysia to perform, he was well welcomed by the fans there. There was one female fan who has an illness and recently her condition has worsen, accompanied by her mother, she went on stage. The fans mother kept mentioning that Raymond really kept his appearance. Raymond really cherishes the civilians, so Raymond just told the female fan directly to just touch his face, the scene was very touching.

Today we had our first “Moonlight Resonance” promotion function so all the actors and producers are here, getting ready to eat. So what is there to eat? The best thing to eat here is Cha Siu (BBQ pork), but every time I’ve filmed here I didn’t have the chance to try because every time it’s sold out so this time I can try it. Let’s talk about something else first… actually this time filming “Moonlight” I feel I’ve already benefited a lot. Because throughout the whole filming process I had learnt a lot from the older generation actors, getting to know what their secrets of acting are. I had to chance to film many scenes with them and it’s rare for a series to have so many older/experienced actors that you get to film with, so I’ve already benefited from it. Hopefully the result will be very good, hopefully you guys will like it.

I’m a bit behind on updates I know! Here’s some news which mentioned Fung!

During a radio interview Rain Li talked about many rumoured romances she had in the past. She said that these rumours mostly came out from filming movies, maybe it’s because every time she films she’s very involved (in her character) so she will even be attracted (electrified) to the male lead. However, after she removes herself from her character it’s a totally different feeling, so none of her rumoured romances actually happened. Rain also said during the filming of her movie with Fung, it was the first time she felt the feelings of being in love.

“Moonlight Resonance” will broadcast next week, yesterday the cast members: Lee Heung Kam, Ha Yu, Lee See Kei, Susanna Kwan, Tavia Yeung, Raymond Lam, Bosco Wong and Linda Chung together attended Kee Wah Bakery for the series promotion. Heung Kam jie, Ha Yu and See Kei jie led the lion dance. TVB also especially created a pair of (??) to help boost up the support for the series, this attracted many onlookers. The series hasn’t released yet and already there are so many supporters.

Yesterday was the Producer Lau Ka Ho’s birthday, so the cast members also celebrated with him. The bakery also provided a birthday cake for him as well as special giant moon cakes for each of the cast members. Rumored couple Raymond Lam and Linda Chung also the main focus, the two of them kindly stood next to each other. Other cast members often played tricks on the two, like when Bosco Wong was introducing their characters, Fala Chen and Chris Lai suddenly pulled him away, so they won’t be the two’s “light bulb”, later when Linda and Raymond found out they immediately split apart, to avoid embarrassment

Raymond Lam & Linda Chung gets played
Linda expresses that she and Raymond Lam are good friends, therefore she will not get embarrassed, maybe in the last series (HOG) the characters were too deep that it entered to everyone’s hearts. Recently she has been working hard on practicing on her singing because next month she will be releasing her album. Has she asked Raymond for advice? Linda said that he did advise her a bit, told her to relax when she sings. As for the “light bulb”, Bosco laughed at himself and said that he just wanted to do his homework and do a photo shoot of them. But, he said that he himself is also very generous, in the series he accepted the couple (Raymond and Linda).

“Moonlight Resonance” has been estimated to receive the most awards this year, especially the male actors can use this series to earn the TV King status. Raymond Lam says that each year, the same thing is said, don’t play him. But he has confidence for his role. He believes that there is a 20% chance that he will make it to Top 5. As for the toughest opponents, Raymond frankly said he has not thought about it, but he feels that Moses Chan and Ha Yu’s acting have been really good, and that he’s really impress with their performance.
